Elanza Technologies provides comprehensive maintenance and technical support services pre-&-post installation for all its products. This responsive service is backed up through full support of our technical support engineers and also the management team and is made available to all our customers on the purchase of any of Elanza Technologies product(s) , in addition to the existing warranty coverage offered on these product(s). Maintenance and Support Services are made available through Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) or Service Level Agreements (SLA) at cost to customers, and available to provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In addition, the company provides a network of authorized service providers to quickly address any of your service or maintenance issues.
